What is SAE 100 R2 Hydraulic Hose?

SAE 100 R2 (also commonly referred to as SAE 100 R2AT) is a widely used high-pressure hydraulic hose standard defined by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). It specifies the construction, performance, and testing requirements for two wire braided reinforced hydraulic hoses used in fluid power systems.

SAE 100 R2 is a double steel wire braided hydraulic hose designed for high-pressure hydraulic applications.

3. Pressure Ratings (Typical)
SAE 100 R2 hoses are classified as medium to high pressure hydraulic hoses.
